Daniel Mikaelian is a Vice President at Healthcare Growth Partners. He brings a unique combination of operating and transactional experience to his advisory work, having held leadership roles across corporate strategy, M&A, and P&L management.

Before joining HGP, Daniel was an operator at FinThrive, a private equity–backed, end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management company serving 4,100+ customers. At FinThrive, he reported directly to executive leadership and held multiple roles, including P&L leadership covering $100M+, as well as responsibility for internal M&A and corporate strategy. Prior to FinThrive, Daniel was a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at William Blair.

Daniel is passionate about leveraging his dual background in investment banking and operations to deliver differentiated, high-value advisory services to clients.

He holds a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Columbia University. Some of Daniel’s personal interests include martial arts, animals, travel, and mystery documentaries.
