We were in the trenches together and we could not have done this deal without the HGP team! No lie, no exaggeration! Great partners but more importantly to me, they are friends for life!
HGP continues to be one of the most respected buy-side and sell-side advisors in HCIT. They are sharp, pragmatic, efficient and constructive in all phases throughout the deal process. Their healthcare specific expertise and experience in the space truly stand out, especially in the middle market where there is immense opportunity to create shareholder value.
I’m a better professional and person for the time I spent with HGP. Transactions are inherently stressful; doing it with a firm you trust and genuinely enjoy being around made the process so much easier. So proud to know and be associated with your team!
