Vice President

As a boutique firm, HGP serves a select client base with a high-performance team.  This role will provide the candidate with substantial client exposure, professional growth, and active participation in the firm’s engagements, as well as the opportunity to advance within the organization.  While engagement sourcing is not immediately expected, the candidate will develop the ability to source new engagements and ideally become a partner of the firm.  Stylistically, we take a team-based, scrum management approach to everything we do, giving every member of the firm a feeling of ownership over the end work product.   Culturally, HGP is the antithesis of the traditional image of an “investment bank”.  We strive for work-life balance and aim to create a culture that rewards efficiency and respects personal boundaries, with the philosophy that a career should enable rather than define a person.  Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Top academic credentials, MBA preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent excel, modeling, and presentation skills

  • Serve on and lead the transaction deal team for HGP advisory assignments
